A Year of Bach at New College

Over the next year Robert Quinney and New College Choir will be featuring the music of J S Bach, beginning on Tuesday 12 November at 9.00pm.  Robert Quinney launches a three-part series of performances of Bach’s Clavier-Übung, a collection of virtuosic pieces for organ, which he will explore via performances and lectures.  A highlight of the year will be a performance in the Sheldonian on 7 May to celebrate a gift to the Bodleian Library of an autograph Bach MS.
