Project Rousseau visit to New College

In March, we hosted a group of students from Project Rousseau at New College.

Project Rousseau is an organisation whose mission is 'to empower youth in communities with the greatest need to reach their full potential, as well as pursue and excel in higher education... Students typically come from families with an average income of less than $12,000. A growing portion of our student body is comprised of recent arrivals to the United States, Native American Reservation students, or have had involvement with the juvenile justice system.'

The Warden met with the group, helping them to gain an understanding of the University of Oxford and what being a student here is like. It was a real pleasure and we hope to see some of the students here studying in the future!
