New College team runners-up at All-Innovate Grand Final

Congratulations to the New College team who finished as runners-up at the All-Innovate Grand Final last week. 

DPhil student Frederik Lassen and Old Member Thomas Caganek (now studying at Magdalen) have combined to form Omos Health, personalizing interpretation of laboratory test results using machine learning and large-scale electronic health records. 

Their 'inspiring idea' earned them a runners-up spot and £5,000 to put towards their venture.
