Old Member wins Outstanding Young Lawyer Award

Old Member Raphael Pangalangan (2018) has been awarded the International Bar Association William Reece Smith Jr. Outstanding Young Lawyer Award for his Human Rights work.

Reflecting on this achievement, Raphael said: 

"I am deeply grateful for the foundation laid during my time at Oxford, particularly through the MSt Human Rights Law programme".

Raphael now works as a Human Rights Officer with the United Nations in Geneva. He will be travelling to Oxford in April to judge this year’s Oxford Price Media moot court competition at the Oxford Law Faculty.
