New College Choir and the Proms
New College alumnus and former chorister and academical clerk, Guy Cutting (second from right) made his solo Proms debut on Monday 29 August, with the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, in J. S. Bach’s Mass in B minor.
Another former academical clerk, Brian McAlea, was singing in the chorus.
The concert was received with rapturous applause, and the Choir Administrator, who was in the front of the Proms audience, can vouch for Guy’s wonderful singing!
