These pages provide information relating to Audio Visual (AV) Provision in New College.  

Members, including Fellows and staff, should use the term time instructions and Conference organiser's should use the Conference meeting rooms guidance and liaise with the Conference team.

It is vital, at the time of booking a room in College, that you check the available facilities and request/book extra equipment that might be needed (screens, laptops, projectors).

All our rooms assume you will be using your own laptop.  We have a small number of laptops that can be booked. Some devices require adapters to connect to the HDMI screens please check your device according to the manufacturers instructions.
