Interview with Jonathan Black, Fellow of New College, in a report about the job prospects of disabled students

Interview with Jonathan Black, Director of the Careers Service and Fellow of New College at Oxford, in a report about the job prospects of disabled students. One charity says fewer than half of disabled people are in a job. However, the University of Oxford says its disabled students are just as likely to get a job as their able-bodied ones. Jonathan Black says the University’s attitude of mind from the beginning is to treat all students the same in terms of them having access to all their careers events; however, there are also special programmes where they receive dedicated one-to-one careers advice.
